• 2026-11-04.2, from November 4, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Privacy: a text file you attach to a message becomes part of that message (its name and text only; the file itself is read on your device and not uploaded or kept). A clarification: no one is asked to agree again.
• 2026-11-04.1, from November 4, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Terms: your membership and the software are licensed to you, not sold (Section 11), and an important change to these terms is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law, safety, security or fraud needs it sooner (Section 19). Privacy: Memory, only what you ask SAI to keep, shown to you each time, with a way to forget it. Nothing changes for anyone who never asks SAI to remember something, and no one is asked to agree again.
• 2026-11-03.4, from November 3, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Privacy: the Workspace rooms row names each member's role, what the host allowed or did not allow them to do, and the room's record of those changes and of renames (every member of the room already sees them). A clarification: nothing new is collected, and no one is asked to agree again.
• 2026-11-03.3, from November 3, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Privacy: section 5 lists four things a tab keeps until it is closed (the conversation on screen, the screen you were on, the call you are in, what you typed but did not send). A clarification: nothing new is collected or leaves your device, and no one is asked to agree again. Terms and EULA unchanged apart from the version line.
• 2026-11-03.2, from November 3, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Workspace calls: each room keeps a call log in its history (who started a call, voice or video, who joined, how long; never the audio or video), up to 200 calls; a room call can notify your devices; your name colour, if you pick one, is shown with your name in your rooms.
• 2026-11-03.1, from November 3, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Clearer limits: what SAI on the web does and does not do (web search when you turn it on, Workspace rooms, reminders); no phone verification; the voice, hearing and picture models named, and that SAI's voice and pictures are computer-made; that Claude Haiku's reply is its own answer; pictures not for political campaigns or lobbying, and SAI's pictures and voice not for training other AI or with their computer-made marks removed; what the page keeps in your browser.
• 2026-11-02.2, from November 2, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Anthropic's Claude Haiku becomes SAI's main brain for every message, personal ones too, and sees your Personalization, the time where you are, SAI's notes and the conversation (passwords, card, account and ID numbers are still replaced first; keeping everything with SAI still keeps it all off Anthropic; where Anthropic does not offer its service, SAI's own model answers). The backups line now says a nightly copy can miss the newest changes. The Terms follow UND's one dispute standard: talk first for 60 days (the time to bring a claim is paused), courts in Orange County, Florida or the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, a jury waiver to the extent the law allows, the cap never covering gross negligence or willful misconduct, and your right to write honest reviews and complain to authorities. The contact sections give the company mailing address. Profile pictures: what is kept, who sees it (you and your friends), and that it is never sent to an AI model.
• 2026-11-02.1, from November 2, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Reminders (what is kept, encrypted, for how long, how they reach you), notes SAI keeps across chats (only if you turn them on; never sent to another company's model), and web search (only while it is on; what goes to Anthropic's search service), and calls in a Workspace room (straight between browsers, never recorded).
• 2026-11-01.1, from November 1, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Workspace: the project's files, their history and proposed changes, the SAI work area, what the SAI team can see, and room retention in numbers.
• 2026-10-31.1, from October 31, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Workspace rooms (who can read a room, removing someone and reporting a message, what is kept and deleted, and that your SAI in a room saves nothing and uses no private notes); pictures SAI makes (kept only on your device, the counts we keep, what may not be asked for); SAI in a call; accounts you connect and SAI keys for your own tools; answers to general questions written by Anthropic's Claude Haiku (personal messages never sent); credits; problem reports; files in Messages; notifications for one account per device.
• 2026-10-25.1, from October 25, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Your data, yourself: download a copy of everything SAI keeps about your account, and delete your account in Settings (what is deleted, what the law makes us keep, a recent sign-in required); what a report sent from inside SAI carries; the sign-in kept in a secure cookie scripts cannot read; counting visits from our own links (a number per link per day, nothing about you); calls come with a monthly allowance of voice and video minutes shown in Settings > Usage; notifications for calls and messages (the push address of each device you turn them on for, your alert settings, alerts waiting, an empty wake-up sent to the push service of your browser).
• 2026-10-24.4, from October 24, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Referrals: a friend's code works for 7 days, gives 20% off the first payment on eligible plans, and rewards the member only with extra usage (no cash value) after a 14-day hold; no self-referral; a refund takes the reward back; say you get extra usage when you share; what referrals keep (including Stripe's card fingerprint, never the card number) and for how long.
• 2026-10-24.3, from October 24, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Messages and calls between friends: who you can reach, screen sharing, recording only with every person's consent and the proof kept, no recording or capture by any other means, what SAI cannot prevent and who is responsible for recording laws, streaming, verification, reports and enforcement, other users, not an emergency service; what is kept about messages, calls, recording consent and reports, and for how long; Cloudflare relays calls that cannot connect directly.
• 2026-10-24.2, from October 24, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Proof of agreements and purchases: the date, IP address, device, page and exact words of each agreement, a fingerprint of each document version, and what Stripe tells us to confirm a payment (never the full card number or security code); how long it is kept and who can see it.
• 2026-10-24.1, from October 24, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Friends: who is on your list, requests and blocks, invite codes (only a scrambled copy kept), your status and mood and who sees them, and that whether you are online is never stored; Friends may not be used to spam or harass.
• 2026-10-19.2, from October 19, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Models made by other companies (Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini) with their own usage; Auto and its notice; what SAI sends those companies (your details replaced, SAI's own instructions and your Personalization kept on our side) and that SAI writes the reply; their usage policies apply.
• 2026-10-19.1, from October 19, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. At least 30 days' notice before a membership price rises; notice and a refund if SAI or a paid membership stops; a way to appeal a suspension; two new lines in the Acceptable Use Policy; the companies behind SAI share its limits of liability.
• 2026-10-18.1, from October 18, 2026: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. Adds the End User License Agreement for the web app and the desktop app; defines Founding members and states that no membership is ownership or an investment; explains how to read our everyday words; names Supabase as our database; keeps a record of every agreement; no calls or texts; no voiceprints.
• 2026-10-17.2, from October 17, 2026: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The chat library: chats kept on your device, chat names, deleting the saved copy.

To keep a copy, open a document and use your browser's Print or Save option. When we change these documents in a way that matters, SAI shows you the new version and asks you to agree before you keep using it, and we keep a record of each version you agreed to.
